Initial cleaning begins by covering all exposed kitchen areas. Our trained technicians will then wrap the lower hood system to catch all grease waste water in a containment system. The cleaning process includes fans, blades, ductwork, and vents. Filters and the lower hood system are then cleaned back to bare metal.

Belt inspection on all fans will be conducted to warrant optimal air flow upon completion. Our technicians are equipped with belt replacements to ensure proper function for all failing belt systems. Bearings are also inspected and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Hood systems are then dried. Adjacent walls and stainless steel surfaces will then be cleaned and polished leaving an amazing shiny finish!

Upon completion, a sticker of compliance will be placed on your hood system to show the prior and next cleaning dates. Our team will then put you on a maintenance schedule ranging from monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually, depending on code regulation requirements.
